Blue Jeans Blog Postings for February 2006
Feb 9, 2006, Counterfeit Designer Jeans Just wanted to give a word of caution to my readers. It seems that the online auction business (read eBay) has become a favorite method of selling counterfeit brand products, and designer jeans are one of the favorites. Recently, the makers of 7 for All Mankind bought 50 pairs of their own brand on eBay, only to discover that ninety percent of them were knockoffs. The company asked eBay to shut down all future sales, which adds up to 10,000 auctions per month! EBay claims to be doing all that it can to stop these infringements. They probably are, as this type of negative publicity will ultimately drive customers away. As eBay gets tougher, however, the crooks will most likely run to other auction sites with less stringent controls. So, you've been warned. Shop with reputable merchants!

Three hundred Swedish phone retail outlets took part in the survey. Other leading causes were: using the cell phone in the rain, angrily throwing it down, a child or a dog getting hold of it, and dropping it in the toilet. So, can you have your tight jeans and cell phone too? Just buy a nice case from these guys….
