Fashion Directories
How search engines work is beyond my understanding, but undoubtedly some bring better results than others. That is the nature of the “search engine” war.
Directories, on the other hand are easier to understand. Actually, you’re in one right now, a very simple and focused one. They are simply listings of websites usually selected and categorized by human editors. It’s a slow selective process, but directories that do a good job should give you some interesting search results. You'll find many sites that you usually wouldn't find through a search engine. Based on many, many hours looking for info on the web, I use both search engines and directories.
We’ve chosen to include some of the more unique directories that we have found on this page. They are here either because they offer some unique design/fashion/style or beauty related categories, or just because they can lead you to some truly great sites.
Give them a try, you’ll often find sites that just don’t show up on the main search engines, even though they are truly very good sites.

- Fashionmission: Great, great resource from the Netherlands. Undoubtedly one of my favorites. You can spend hours sifting through their listings.
