There are so many fashion portals, that the tough part is selecting which to recommend and not turn this into a directory of directories. Here are some of my favorites.

You'll find that some contain very generous resources which will lead you to their competition! That's what I love about the internet. If you are genuinely interested in this industry, you'll have lots of fun hours surfing through these sites and following the links that they provide.

• Apparel News: Internet presence of the respected Apparel News weekly newpaper. Very informative site on all apparel related topics. They also offer a total access online subscription.
• Fashion Capital: Fashion Capital aims to provide a one-stop online support resource for all areas of the Clothing and Fashion industry.
